Amani Hotel Suites & Spa (Marrakech, Morocco)

The hotel's staff members are thought to be hospitable by many guests who enjoyed their stay. They thought the staff was especially helpful when it came to calling a doctors, taking guests on a city tour and a good restaurant waiting service.

Although the hotel is not in the medina, some guests found it fairly easy to get there. It is a short drive to the centre and walkable for many. There's also a shopping centre within a ten minute walk, and was a nice change for some guests exploring the area.

Guests were very pleased to have the option of having dinner or a drink on the rooftop with panoramic views of the city. It was an opportunity to relax and enjoy their surroundings. At nighttime, the views were especially pretty.

The Internet connection was found to be too slow and irregular for some guests. They would have preferred a much more reliable and quick connection. Some guests needed to have a good and efficient way to communicated online.

The breakfast was thought to be the same each day and very boring. Just for a simple extra toast, guests had to pay. They would have like a more vibrant breakfast in the morning to start their day. The breakfast was anything but exciting but boring.

The pool is found to be covered entirely by shade with no sun shining on it. It is surrounded by walls and at times not heated by the staff. Apparently it was too expensive and there were no sunbeds.
