Travellers state that the accommodations are very spacious and are well equipped too. Each room has a kitchenette which features a refrigerator and a microwave. In addition to this, accommodations also have a sofa along with an en-suite bathroom.

Visitors say the hotel's outdoor swimming pool is quite lovely and is an excellent place to spend a little time relaxing. The pool area is clean and well maintained and there are a number of sun loungers for you to use around it.

It can get pretty loud in Pattaya, but guests explain that this property is fairly quiet despite being a short walk from the action. It was also noted that getting around the city is fairly simple since the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service that stops by the beach and a few shopping centres.

Guests do not rate the employees all that highly saying certain staff members did not have a positive attitude and can be indifferent to your requests. There are some employees who are nice but others don't seem all that interested in customer service.

There is a breakfast buffet offered at the hotel's on-site restaurant each morning. Travellers claim the food at the service is not that great with only a limited amount of items to choose from.

Using the air conditioning unit found in the rooms could cause some headaches. Visitors report that some of the units have an issue with leaking while others can be a little noisy. While the AC does keep the rooms cool, a few of the units create other problems to worry about.
