You can stay here for as long as you want + there are some obvious pluses. First, of course, the longer you stay; the lower is the daily rate. There are no short term leases or paper work, because you are a hotel guest. This concept appears to have been embraced with enthusiasm as there's quite a number of long term guests staying here, in a 'home from home' setting.
Rooms are clean, well maintained and quiet. It's described as being 'basic' but, really, there's everything here that you could possibly want.
The hotel maintains a 24 hour security system and all areas are well maintained and clean. This includes the pool which is an attractive addition to the hotel's facilities.
All types of business thrive here; including drugs, prostitution and pimping. They appear to thrive within the hotel, benefitting from acquiescence on the part of the management. Are 'they', perhaps on the 'take'? Don't know, but, clearly, you'll need to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to these activities.
Mold on the walls and sticky, uncleaned floors, are among the negative features to be found in rooms.
The place is bugged! Poor levels of cleanliness and hygiene lead to other issues. There are very few services here so rooms become 'hotbeds' for insects, cockroaches ... and bedbugs!
