Al Saha Hotel (Medina, Saudi Arabia)

Most guests enjoy the location of the hotel, which is 5 minutes away from Majid al Nabawi (also known as the Prophet's Mosque), the female's praying area, a local marketplace and the mall.

Many guests like the variety of food available beside the property, citing that both new and familiar foods are easily accessible. Others note that the restaurants are clean, the food flavourful and the prices reasonable.

Some guests appreciate that the rooms are large and have comfortable beds. Others note that the air-conditioning works well and that housekeeping does a good job of keeping rooms neat and tidy.

Some guests feel the rooms are outdated, noting a musty smell and the odour of cigarette smoke in the rooms and hallways.  Many guests recommend asking for a room on a non-smoking floor if sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Several guests say the bathrooms are poorly designed and the toilets do not work properly, often times leaking water onto the floor.  Others cite mold in the showers and an overall lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms in comparison to the rest of the room.

Many guests feel that there should be more lifts, saying that the three small elevators are unable to keep up with the large number of people using them.  To combat this, some suggest leaving early to compensate for the slow access during prayer times or to choose a low floor instead.
