Al Khaleej Palace deserved an extra star due to its cleanliness according to many guests. The rooms are big enough by Dubai's standards and the beds are faultlessly made. The furnishings do not even have dust on them.

The breakfast impressed the guests a lot, and they could not complain about it. The dishes were cooked to perfection. There were many options, so even vegetarians were delighted. Some travelers even said that if only they could take the food home, they would.

One of the main reasons why many guests chose this hotel is it's just a five-minute drive from the airport. Those who did not have cars were offered a transfer to and from the airport. In addition, the staff could make taxi reservations.

The walls are not that thick as mentioned by some guests. They could hear noise from other rooms and public areas. Some sensitive sleepers were a bit disturbed until midnight. Thus, you are encouraged to bring earplugs. The staff could also reprimand the other guests who get too loud.

A few guests said that their rooms smelled like cigarettes. Others said that the bathrooms were a bit musty. However, the staff was efficient in getting rid of the odors. Guests are also advised to ask for extra air fresheners in case the odors come back.
