Admiral Plaza Hotel's reception area looked stylish. Check-in was done quickly, and guests were given refreshments. Moreover, they were offered help with their luggage. Some maps were given which were very useful in exploring the beautiful city.

A lot of guests mentioned that they had one of the best sleeps they've had for months at this hotel. The beds were just right, and the mattresses adapted to the shape of their bodies well. There are no squeaky sounds too. Moreover, the noise from the outside of the building is not that intense.

Guests said that there was no parking area on-site. Thus, they had to park their cars outside the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in finding a parking space. Moreover, you are advised to contact the staff for help before going to the hotel to avoid inconvenience.

A few guests said that some of the employees lacked passion in serving them. However, other staff members offered unparalleled service. Moreover, the management sincerely apologized on behalf of the not so good attitude of some employees.

Some guests had their allergies triggered due to the dusty air conditioners. Others had minor leaks which made the floors wet. However, the staff gave extra mats.  If the technician could not sort things out quickly when this happens to you, you are allowed to transfer to another room.
