If you love your football and baseball, many guests say that this hotel is perfect because of the proximity to the stadiums. The hotel is also located near the interstate, which is helpful for travelers.

It's within walking distance of the stadiums, but they have a shuttle that can take you to and from the games according to guests. Sports fans said they really enjoyed having the shuttle available. Some guests even complimented the driver who was friendly and made things fun.

Guests (or their children), who enjoy swimming or hanging out in the water seem to really love the pool and the waterpark, which is available for an extra charge.

Guests commented that they booked their trip thinking that the indoor water park would be open, but it was not. It seems that the water resort is not 365 days a year, and it's closed at different times during of the season. So, with that in mind, guests advise that you double check to make sure that the park is available the days you'll be traveling.

Some guests remarked that housekeeping department can use some improvement. Some of the issues they cited were leftover food from prior guests, dirty linens, stained bed sheets, forgotten coffee filters and un-vacuumed floors.

Whether it's checking in at the front desk or ordering food from the restaurant, some guests remarked that their experience could be sporadic and not always favorable. They cited issues such as poor food quality or just rude behavior from employees.
