Although the guestrooms are non-smoking, some visitors said that the smell of smoke is quitestrong. Others added that it wasn't just tobacco that they could smell. Furthermore, some guests mentioned that they were given access to rooms that were dirty (trash around the room, unmade beds, etc.).

According to some guests, the outdated hotel could use better upkeep on maintenance issues and a good cleaning. While a majority of guests didn't have an issue with the cleanliness of sheets and towels, they did mentioned that other areas of the room, such as the furniture, carpets, etc. are due for a good cleaning.
